The College’s IT Services were relocated from the Student Center to an area within an existing 1960’s warehouse.  The area required a complete interior renovation.

The project was an Interior Renovation for the Second Floor and the First Floor entry lobbies of an existing 1989 Building. County Community Support programs were relocated to the Building.

The project was a complete interior renovation of the existing courtroom at the College’s Merancas Campus.

The project included a One-Story Addition, a Two-Story Addition and a complete Renovation of the existing building’s interior and exterior.

The project included an Addition and extensive Renovations to the Original Building.

The project included an Emergency Psychiatric Services Addition, new Public Entry and Interior Renovations.

The project began as an interior renovation of an existing laboratory.  Early in programming, it was determined that a new Building was required to meet the City’s needs.
