Cottage C Renovations

The project was a complete renovation of Cottage C, an existing 1972 building, for emergency housing for kids under 18. It included Sitework, Exterior and Interior renovations, new PME/FP and IT for Security and Network systems. In addition to meeting current Codes, it was required to meet strict NC State licensing requirements for a Residential Facility.

The Project did not move forward after Schematic Design and prelimnary Design Development completion.
