CREW and Project Uplift

The project was an Interior Renovation for the Second Floor and First Floor entry lobbies of an existing 1989 Building. County Community Support programs were relocated to the Building. The Scope included Site Accessibility Improvements, new Main Entrance storefront, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and IT Security and Network Upgrades. Numerous Code and existing condition deficiencies were addressed.

The County awarded an Exterior Envelope project for reroofing based on our performance. Creative technical design was required to address the PME equipment, penetrations, ultility piping, and drainage issues.
