Environmental Services Facility

The project began as an interior renovation of an existing laboratory.  Early in programming, it was determined that a  new facility was required to meet the City’s needs. Four  (4) laboratories and multiple environmental management divisions were consolidated into the building.  The Public entry features a canopy that included artwork integrated within the glass panels.   The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
