The College’s IT Services were relocated from the Student Center to an area within an existing 1960’s warehouse.  The area required a complete interior renovation.

The Project is an Interior Renovation for the entire Second Floor and First Floor Lobbies of an existing 1989, Two-Story Building for County Community Support Service Programs.

The Project was an Existing Conditions Assessment and Renovations Study for Site, Architectural, PME/FP systems and Code Compliance.

The project was a complete interior renovation of  the existing courtroom at the College’s Merancas Campus.

The project included a One-Story Addition, a Two-Story Addition and a complete Renovation of the existing building’s interior and exterior.

The project included an original Building, Addition and Interior Renovations.

The project included an Emergency Psychiatric Services Addition, new Public Entry and Interior Renovations.

The project began as an interior renovation of an existing laboratory.  Early in programming, it was determined that a  new facility was required to meet the City’s needs.
